Shipping & Returns

For USA Orders: Free Shipping may be available if your order is over $60. Please see the announcement bar near the top of starryvarnish.com or promotional emails for details regarding free shipping offers. Orders that receive free shipping are typically delivered within three to seven business days once your order has been fulfilled. Additional shipping services such as Ground Shipping (typically 3-7 business days), 2 Business Days and Next Business Day are offered through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping rates for each available service will auto populate at check out. Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays and although most packages are delivered on-time, the shipping services provided are not guaranteed delivery-by-date rates or include the time it takes to fulfill your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all new, unused, and unopened nails within 30 days of purchase! Starry Varnish does not conduct exchanges at this time. Items returned that have been opened or used will not be returned. We do not issue refunds due to carrier delays or delay due to customs. We are not responsible for lost packages, when carrier states that your package was delivered. Please note, you would be responsible for return shipping charges.
